The photos below were taken of the actual unit we installed in a jewelry store. Shortly after installation, this unit frequently began to fail. The replacement unit also failed shortly too. Since we were unable to find service for these units anywhere in the United States, for years we were left helpless. After fighting hard for our customers through emails, phone calls, and heated arguments over the phone with inventors, manufactures, and "shady" distributors, we were able to force the manufacturer to replaced these units at their own expense. This was a victory for the little guy. Ed Brown, of Bandit America located in Southern California, finally came to the rescue after threat of litigation and reporting the defective products to the appropriate state agencies. We have all the emails and voice messages left on our voice-mail recorder to prove it ! In the end, the customer got what he paid for, better late, than never.

Below, are photos of an older Bandit unit which failed shortly after installation. We are very excited about the new product and hope we can serve you the way we did our Bandit customers by never giving up, and standing behind our word as professionals.
